Compliance Office
The Compliance Office coordinates the operation of the university's compliance management system. It promotes conformity with legal regulations and standards by all members of the university through awareness-raising, training and guidance and thereby helps prevent misconduct at the workplace.
It sees itself as a service facility responsible for providing advice and assistance to all employees of the University of Münster on matters of compliance. It also fields complaints and serves as the University’s internal reporting office for information on substantial misconduct and Complaints Office for employees in accordance with § 13 General Equal Treatment Act (GETA).
The Compliance Office develops proposals for the further development of the University's Compliance Management System in consultation with the Compliance Advisor to the Rectorate.
